In addition to knowledge, expertise, responsiveness and negotiaion skills, Janine promised to help four area's to help get the house sold: staging, design, access to honest, reasonablly priced local contractors and lastly some of her own elbow grease...Needless to say after 4 interviews with other agents, she was hired and never once let me down.
