Janine is a fourth generation Seattleite and a University of Washington graduate. She specializes in residential real estate and her territories include the best Seattle and Eastside neighborhoods. Janine is dynamic, honest and knowledgeable; she is also an expert negotiator.

Janine has been a licensed full time real estate agent since 1990. Her sales & marketing experience has put her in the top 3% of Realtors nationwide. She is an Associate Broker and a member of the King County Board of Realtors. Janine is also an Accredited Staging Professional.

Her career began with Cayce &Gain/Prudential NW where she earned The Prudential's coveted Chairman's Circle designation. Other achievements include being a multi-million dollar producer for over 15 years and receiving the Professional Development Award in 1999. Over 95% of Janine's business comes from past customers and referrals.

Janine is happily married to Brian Monnin and is the mother of two sons, Theo & Duncan.
